Uzi I have made contact with a tree surgeon and he has agreed to do the work at a discount. Also I would like you to know that Michele promised me that she could get a crew from somewhere to do some of the tree trimming. It needs to be done to get a truck in on the property to remove several items. It never happened. For some reason Michele has decided that my garden is my front yard. I do not know why. --1 have owned the property since 1987 and never had a problem until the people built the louse next door. Big problems with the woman who lives there with the man who owns the property. She does what she wants to. ANd nobody can stop her. My house is 440 feet from the road down a wooded curving drive. I consider anybody who goes past the concrete apron onto the driveway a trespasser and has no business down that road. I am 73 years old and work 3 jobs and do not have the time to trim trees on a weekly basis. I also have a bad back, so cannot lift and haul things like I used to and have to depend on either having a good day physically or hiring someone to do things for me. Right now I have 2 microwaves and a TV riding in the van. So, you see ------------ - - - - -I have not been avoiding responsibilities, just that I work as many as 7 days a week for months. Or having a day spent in bed to recuperate from the work I do. I even had my chain saw stolen when I went to the grocery. So, must purchase another this week. The people next door have cleared the property illegally. Clear cut the pines and buried them. The employee from the fire department thinks it is neat. I have asked people not to make a complaint as she will think I did it. She is not an owner. The property next door is a trust. That is why she asked the employee from the —fire department to make a complaint. Because her name is not on the deed.
