construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Easement shall expire one
year beyond the official acceptance of the public improvements by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, or on Februaw 28, 2001, whichever occurs first, Grantee shall restore the
sudace of the Easement Area to the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction
adjacent thereto.
