The Special Magistrate noted, the closing could be delayed, the buyer is not represented at the

• The property is in foreclosure and he intends to participate in any future foreclosure
auction and hopes to acquire the property and restore it to a permitted condition.
• The building should not be demolished as it still retains substantial economic value.
• He will bear the costs of installing a tarp on the roof to prevent intrustion of rain water.
• He will arrange for weekly inspections of the property to ensure the tarp remains in place.

Respondents to offer the property for sale as a "short sale." The property was surrendered by
the Respondent through a bankruptcy proceeding but the bank has not completed the foreclosure
process. An offer has been presented to the bank for consideration.
The case was withdrawn by the County in order to review the documentation regarding the
bankruptcy and determine the status of the foreclosure proceedings.
