Subject property is vacant land and, therefore, not the homestead of the Grantor who
resides at 229 Bay Hill Drive, Spartanburg, SC, 29316-7718.
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Carol D. Evans a/k/a
Carol S. Evans Triplett, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm to the Grantee, a Fee Simple Interest in the real property in
