Amendment to Sale & Purchase Contract NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM Property Address: 2820 47th Ave NE,Naples,FL34120 Folio Number: 39839280004 AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and ROGER A. TIBERIO & SUZANNE M. BYGRAVE, husband and wife, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of December 5, 2012 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Line 15 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the Purchase Price shall be One-Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($100,000.00). 2. Line 19 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the 2nd Escrow deposit shall be Two-Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($2,000.00). 3. Line 20 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the 15t Mortgage amount shall be Seventy-Three Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($73,000.00). 4. Line 21 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the amount shall be Twenty-Four Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($24,000.00). 5. Lines 115 through 117 of the Agreement are revised to read: "Buyer will receive $30,000 from the Collier County Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Buyer will use $24,000 (24% of the purchase price)for principal reduction and the remaining balance of$6,000 will be used for closing costs, prepaid items, and any discount points associated with the first mortgage transaction." Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
