Amendment to Sale and Purchase Contract #2NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM Property Address: 4040 31" Ave NE, Naples, FL34120 Folio Number: 40063160002 2ND AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and POLEME CIVIL, a single woman, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of September 7, 2012 (the "Agreement "); and Amendment to Sale and Purchase Contract effective as of November 6, 2012 (the "Amendment "). Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement and Amendment with the following terms and conditions: 1. Line 15 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the Purchase Price shall be Seventy-One Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($71,000.00). 2. Line 19 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the Additional Escrow deposit shall be One- Thousand One - Hundred Thirty and no /100 Dollars ($1,130.00); and that the overpayment of One - Thousand Twenty and no /100 dollars ($1,020.00) prepaid as escrow per the Agreement shall be credited to Purchaser at closing. 3. Line 20 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the 15t Mortgage amount shall be Forty Nine - Thousand Seven - Hundred and no /100 Dollars ($49, 700.00). 4. Line 21 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the amount shall be Nineteen Thousand -One Hundred Seventy and no /100 Dollars ($19,170.00). 5. Lines 115 through 117 of the Agreement are revised to read: "Buyer will receive $21,300 from the Collier County Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Buyer will use $19,170 (27% of the purchase price) for principal reduction and the remaining balance of $2,130 will be used for closing costs, prepaid items, and any discount points associated with the first mortgage transaction." Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of the dates hereinafter stated.
