A. To petition the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners to consider the repeal of the current
Newsrack Ordinance Number 86-85 in favor of the proposed
ordinance which addresses the public concerns regarding
the visual impacts and the health and safety aspects of
newsracks in public rights-of-way. (Continued to the
J' meeting of 10/21/92)
B. Recommendation to consider amendments to the following
Impact Fee Ordinances: Parks and Recreational
Facilities; Library Facilities; Emergency Medical
Services Facilities; and Roads. (To be continued to the
meeting of October 21, 1992)
C. Amendment to Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance.
(Continued to the meeting of 10/14/92).
4. OTHER
A. TO review: The County's options in meeting the State of
Florida's Yard waste disposal requirements, 2) the
County's options in meeting the State's mandated
recycling goals, and 3) provide staff with direction on a
course action for each item.
