COLLIER COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA.
WIIERLAS, the Lcgislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125
and 163, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida
the power to establish, coordinato,•.:and enforce zoning and such '
business regulations as are necessary for the'protection of the public;
and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zoning of particular
divisions of the County, among which is the granting and extending the
time period of Provisional Uses; and
WHEREAS, Section 14, Paragraph 1, Subsection D provides that the
Board of County Commissioners may grant an extension of the one (1)
year time period for a provisional use which has not been commenced;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, that Petition PU-78-25C of VFW
Post 7721 with respect to the property hereinafter described
as: North 180 feet of Tract 109, Unit 26, Golden Gate
Estates, Collier County, Florida
be and the ,same hereby approved for extension of the time period to
the following date: March 4, 1981
BE-XT FURTi1ER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of the Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
Coipissioner 1.74 mar offered the foregoing Resolution and
moved its adoption, seconded by Commissioner Archer , and
upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: Commissioners Amer, Archer, Pistor, Brown and Wenzel
