For value considerations,the undersigned Sellcr(s)and Purchaser(s)do hereby amend the Sales Contract between the Seller(s)and
Purchaser(s),dated A(JCa U S1. 2.1 I 2.0 i Z ,covering the following property:
3502 Caloosa St,Naples,FL 34112
by incorporation in and add'mg to the provisions of said Sales Contract the following:
'It is expressly agreed that,notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract,the Purchaser shall not be obligated to complete the
purchase of the property described herein or to incur any penalty by forfeiture of earnest money deposits or otherwise unless the
purchaser has been given in accordance with hUJ.THA or VA rz.43:rements a written statement by the Federal Housing Commissioner,
Veterans Administration,or a or a Direct Endorsement lender setting forth the appraised value of the property of not less than
$69,000.00 The purchaser shall have the privilege and option of proceeding with consummation of the contract
without regard to the amount of the appraised valuation.The appraised valuation is arrived at to determine the maximum mortgage the
department of Housing and Urban Development will insure.HUD does not warrant the value of condition of the property.The purchaser
should satisfy himself that the price and condiiton of the property are acceptable."
2.MEAL ESTATE CERTIFICATION "We the undersigned.hereby certify that the Contract to Purchase attached hereto is atrue and
accurate representation of the terms of the sale of the subject property.We further certify that there are not terms or conditions relating
to this sale that arc not disclosed in the attache ccmtract.
WARNING:Section 1010 of Title IS,C.S.C. "Federal Housing Administration Transaction,"provides:"Whoever,for the
purpose of-influencing in any way the attic,of such Administration-makes,passes,utters,or publishes any statement,know
the same to be false-shall be fined not more than S5,000.00 or imprisoned not more than two years,or both."Other Federal
Statutes provide severe penalties for any fraud as intentional misrepresentation made for the purpose of influencing the issuance
of any guaranty of insurance or the making of any loan by the Administrator or Veteran Affairs.
