Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record. THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter upon said land for all purposes necessary to gain access to Grantee's reclaimed water utility facilities lying westerly and northerly of Grantor's property at this location. The easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall burden the lands described above. Such access by Grantee shall not unreasonably interfere with Grantor's operations. Any damage caused to the Grantor's property as a result of the Grantee's use of the property for access purposes shall be promptly repaired by Grantee at its sole cost and expense. Grantee has confirmed the ownership of the lands underlying the easement granted herein, and Grantor and all its related entities make absolutely no representations or certifications with regard to same.
