AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and PIERRE A. BORGELA and YOLANDE
BORGELA, as husband and wife, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain
"As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of July 13, 2012 (the "Agreement'D.
Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. Line 20 of the FARBAR "As Is" Contract is revised to reflect that the First
Mortgage Amount shall be $73,730.00.
2. Line 21 of the FARBAR "As Is" Contract is revised to reflect that the "Other"
payment amount (for principal reduction) shall be $24,240.00.
3. Lines 115 through 117, inclusive, of the FARBAR "As Is" Contract is revised to
read 'Buyer shall receive $30,300 from the Collier County Neighborhood Stabilization
Program. Buyer will use $24,240 (Approximately 24% of the purchase price for principal
reduction and the remaining balance of $6,060 will be used for closing costs, prepaid
items, and any discount points associated with the first mortgage transaction ".
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the
Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein,
and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of the
dates hereinafter stated.
Dates property sale approved by BCC: December 1, 2009, Agenda Item 17B, and December 13,
2011, Agenda Item 10A.
