The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its intent to issue
a joint coastal permit (File No. 0235209-003-1C) and grant an easement to use
sovereign submerged lands to Collier County,3299 Tamiami Trail,Suite 103,Naples,
Florida 34112,to place approximately 104,000 cubic yards of beach compatible fill
BCC/COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT
(per Thershmentevent)is 4,730 RMarcoIslMo Beach.
The project site is Iota��ed;between DEP Reference Monuments R-144 and G-4
on South Marco Island, Collier County, in the Gulf of Mexico, Class III Waters;,in
FINANCE DEPARTMENT Caxambas Pass,adjacent to the Rookery Bay Aquatic Preserve. '
