This ad is for the Planning Commission, correct? The proposed text states "Board of County Commissioners ", but then
has Mark Strain as Chairman (which he is of the Planning Commission).
We'll let you know if NDN cannot accept this as emailed with the maps inserted within the body of the document. The
RTF file that you had linked will not allow us access as we are not on the County network. If you can send us a paper
copy of the ordinance, we'll just scan it in. In checking what you have sent, it looks to us to be about a page ad but we'll
see what NDN tells us. We'll keep you posted.

the LDC, the areas affected by the changes to the Bayshore Drive Mixed Use Overlay District and Gate-
way Triangle Mixed Use Overlay District in Section 2.03.07 of the LDC, all within the Bayshore Gateway
Triangle CRA, and the areas affected by the changes to the allowed Essential Services in Section 2.03.01
of the LDC in the Conservation zoning district, which abuts the Marco Island Executive Airport.
