Further, as a condition of this conveyance, notice of any subsequent conveyance or other transfer of rights of this property is required to be given to Collier County Department of Housing, Human and Veterans Services, its successors and assigns, 3339 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 211, Naples, Florida 34112. This requirement shall run with the land and be contained within all future conveyance documents for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of Habitat's conveyance or other transfer of this property.
