The Conservation Easement to SFWMD was revised. Final SDP permit should be issued by Mid to late July 2012. 2. Provide detailed rationale for the requested change: Consultant cannot resubmit for SDP until ACOE and SFWMD permits are issued by mid June 2012. 3. Provide explanation why change was not anticipated in original scope of work: ACOE/SFWMD has taking additional time to process the permits in conjunction with FCT and Conservation Easement to SFWMD. The unscertainty of the fish pond design at the Zoo entrance will not be resolved until the June 26, 2012 BCC meeting.. 4.
