TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this r1 day of t'tii-e , 2012, by IDICULLA JOHN
and MARIAMMA JOHN, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantors," whose post office
address is 2011 NW 104th Ave., Pembroke Pines, FL 33026-2350, to COLLIER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee," whose post office address is
3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns, as Grantee.
Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and
their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns.
WITNESSETH:
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
paid by the Grantee, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey,
grant, bargain and sell unto the Grantee, a temporary license and privilege to enter upon the
following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
The 15 feet south of the edge of the south right-of-way line of 8th Ave SE at the North 1/2
of Tract 139, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 51, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, Page 84, public records of Collier County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to
Grantors' lands as described above, and for the purpose of storing material and equipment during the
construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Temporary Construction
Easement shall expire upon the completion of the construction of public improvements, but no sooner
than three months from the date hereof. Grantee shall restore the surface of the easement area to
the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have used these presents to be executed the date and
year first above written.
