RIGHT OF ENTRY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that REALISTIC REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS,LLC,a Florida limited liability
company,whose post office address is 13500 Tomiami Trail North,#10,Naples,Florida 34110,hereinafter known
as"Grantor",for and in consideration of Ten Dollars($10.00)and other valuable consideration to them in hand
paid, do hereby grant onto COLLIER COUNTY,a political subdivision of the State of Florida,whose post office
address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter known as "Grantee', the
temporary license and right to enter upon the lands of the Grantor,as described below,which is made a part
hereof. to place or remove materials in order to reinforce Grantor's driveway, including but not limited to
gravel or other similar material, appurtenant thereto for the purpose of maintaining a designated driveway
thereon for use by Collier County and/or its agent Waste Management Inc,of Florida as a turnaround facility
for bi-weekly pick-up of solid waste,garbage,refuse and recycling at 2230 10th Ave NE,Naples, Such is part of
the Designated Driveways project which is being performed throughout Collier County to ensure long-term
tenability of turnaround locations.
(Wherever used herein the terms"Grantor'and"Grantee"include all the parties to this instrument and its
respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns. regardless of the number and gender in which
used,shall be deemed to include any other gender or number as the context or the use thereof may require.)
ALL RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE herein granted shall remain in full force and effect on the lands of the Grantor
described herein until the earlier of the following: 1) terminated in writing by the Grantor, its successors and
assigns;2)the construction and permitting of a turnaround within the right-oerway at the east end of the road;
or 3)three years from the date hereof,whichever occurs first. This Right of Entry shall run with the land,
The North 35 feet from the south roadway edge of pavement of the driveway located on
Tract 104,GOLDEN GATE ESTATES,UNIT 14,according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 7,Page(s)3 and 4,of the Public Records of Collier County,-Florida.
ADDITIONALLY,the rights and interest granted hereunder are conditioned upon the reasonable exercise
thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere with Grantor's use of the lands described
herein, and agrees to provide Grantor with advance notice when exercising its rights hereunder. Grantee
further agrees that it shall,at the Grantee's cost,repair any surface damage caused to Grantor's property as a
result of Grantee's exercise of its rights hereunder.
