THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not limited to wastewater lines and pipes, pumping stations, electrical panels, telemetry towers, and other equipment or improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining wastewater utility facilities thereon. The easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall burden the lands described above. Grantee has confirmed the ownership of the lands underlying the easement granted herein, and Grantor and all its related entities make absolutely no representations with regard to same. Grantee agrees, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 768.28, Florida Statutes, to indemnify and hold harmless Grantor and all its related entities from any claims whatsoever arising from the execution of this easement.
