" REhATING TO PETITION NO. PU-79-15C
FOR PROVISIONAL USE OF PROPERTY HERE-
INAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in
C.' pter 125 and 163, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all
c- nties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and
e- orce zoning and such business regulations as are necessary
f-, the protection of the public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a
C prehensive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for
•e zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County,
- .ng which is the granting of provisional uses; and
WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission, being the
d• y appointed and constituted planning hoard for the area
h reby affected, has held a public hearing after notice as in
s id regulations made and provided, and has considered the ad-
v •sability of Provisional Use 5 in a „E" zone for
e property hereinafter described, and has found as a matter
o ; fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been
de concerning all applicable matters required by said regula-
ons and in accordance with Section 14-1D of the Zoning Regu-
1 tions for the Coastal Area Planning District; and
WHEREAS, all interested .parties have been given opportunity
t• be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and
t.e Board having considered all matters presented.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
C•mmissioners of Collier County, Florida, that the petition of
Mason Burch
w th respect to the property hereinafter described us:
Northwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4, Northeast 1/4, Section
23, Township 49 South, Range 25 East.
