UTILITY EASEMENT
•THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this '3 day of D&CEr4r5e/I , 2011, by
COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida, 34112-5356, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, its
successors and assigns, whose mailing address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples,
Florida 34112, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a
perpetual, non-exclusive easement for reclaimed water utility facilities and access purposes,
over, under, upon, and across the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida,
to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A"which is
incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter
upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not limited to reclaimed
water lines and pipes, electrical panels, telemetry towers, and other equipment or
improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing, operating,
and maintaining reclaimed water utility facilities thereon. The easement granted herein shall
constitute easements running with the land and shall burden the lands described herein above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed the
date and year first above written.

(Utility Easement)
All that part of Tract S-4 of The Vineyards Unit 3, Plat Book 16, pages 2 through
5 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Tract S-4;
Thence along the west line of said Tract S-4, South 01°28'00" East, 1837.33 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Utility Easement herein described;
Thence leaving said line North 88°28'15" East 23.10 feet;
Thence South 07°44'51" East 22.77 feet;
Thence South 88°20'13" West 25.59 feet to a point on the west line of said
Tract S-4;
Thence along said line North 01°28'00" West 22.69 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the easement herein described.
Subject to Easements and Restrictions of Record.
Bearings are based on the west line of said Tract S-4 being, South 01°28'00"
East.
