Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record. THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not limited to irrigation quality water lines and pipes, electrical panels, and other equipment or improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining irrigation quality water utility facilities thereon. The easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall burden the lands described hereinabove. By execution of this instrument, Grantor agrees that any and all pipelines and other irrigation quality water infrastructure constructed on the property hereinabove referenced, with the exception of the water meter assembly, its appurtenances, and any pipelines connecting said assembly with Grantee's water distribution mains, shall remain the property of the Grantor, and all future maintenance and repair will be the responsibility of Grantor.
