BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER

Section ~o:
A. Construction.
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance is held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B. Waive~ of Notice.
The Board of County Commissioners hereby waives notice
requirement by a four fifths (4/5) vote declaring that an emergency'
nw~te necessitating the im,,~dlate e~ctme~t of this ordinance. ~te
Clerk to the Board shall file a certified copy of this ordinance with
the Department of State as soon after its enactment a~ is practicable
by registered, special delivery mail.
C. Effective Date
Effective date of this ordinance mhall become effective as
provided by law.
