NEWMARKET SOUTH SUBDIVISION FROM "I-MF-I" TO
"I-MF-2" AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: '
WHEREAS, ~e I~okalee ~ea Planning'Co~ission, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County to change
the zoning classification of the real property hereinafter
described:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
sECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-~-l"
to "I-~-2", and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit
A of Ordinan~ 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly;
Lots 1 through.7, Block 1..and Lots i and 2,
Block 3, Newmarket South Subdivision.
SECTqON TWO:
Conflict~ Severance~ Constr~ction and Penalty:
In the event.this Ordinance confliJts with other applicable
law, the more restribtive shall apply. ~If any part of this Ordinance
conflicts with any part, it shall be severed and the remainder shall
have full force and effect and be liberally construed.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,phf~ oF'poSen
of this Ordinance is, for any reason held invalid or ~_on~tu~onal
by any court or competent jurisdiction, such portion ~11 be - '
deemed a separate, distinct and independen_t provision~d ~r-
holding shall not affect the validity of tho remainin~or .~//onr~
thereof. ~-~ .~ '
The provisions of this Ordinance ~hall b'~ deemed~ e~cise of
the po]ice power of Collier County for the protection"'~f th~public
health, safety and welfare and therefore shall be liberally construed
to accomplish that purpose and implement the legislative intent and
declaration. '~.
If such a violation is continuing, each day's violation or
separate act shall bo a seporate offense.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt
Of notice' from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has
