UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AP/~A PLANNING
DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-26 C}IANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT FROM "E" ESTATES DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT (PUD) FOR' THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT
113, UNIT 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE=
WHEREAS, The Naples Jaycees, owners of the property hereinafter
described, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners, of Collier
County, Florida, to change the Zohing Classification of the real
property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:

1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from
Estates District to a~P~anned Unit Development and the Zoning Atlas
Map Number 49-26 is hereby amended accordingly:

STATEMENT OF INTENT~
The purpose of this sect{dh is to express the inte~ of the.
Naples Jaycees, .Inc. P.O. Box 1202, Naples, Florida~ to de-
velop property it owns in section 26, township 49S, range
~6E (west 180' of Tract 113, Unit 29, Golden Gate Estates)
in Collier County, Florida. Evidence of control of this
property is furnished with this document.
It is also the intention of the Naples Jaycees, Inc. to
develop the above mentioned property as a. Planned Unit
Development in accordance with th~ ~urrent Collier County
Zoning Regulations and commence the development as soon as
possible.
It is therefore the purpose of this document to set forth
the complete ~lan and conditions of development along with
other information as required by the PUD ordinance.
DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
2.1. Purpose= .
" ~h~ ~urpose of this section is to delineate and describe
the project plan of development and to set forth regula-
t/ons and criteria for this property in accordance with
the approved site plan.
2.2. Uses Permitted:
No build£hg or structure, or part thereof, shall be
erected, altered or used, .or land used, in whole or
part for other than the following:
A. Principal Uses: Clubhouse
Accessory Uses:
Customary accessory uses and struc-
tures such as passive recreation ~reas,
play courts and parking areas as

2.7. Landscaping:
As required in the.Collier dounty Zoning Regulations
in effect at the time of issuance'of the building per-
mit or as shown on the site plan, whichever is greater.

SECTION TWO:
Conflict~ Severances. Construction' and Penalty~
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with other applicable law,
the more restrictive shall apply. If any part of this 0rdinanc~
conflicts with any part, it shall be severed and the remainder ~hall
have full force and effect and be liberally construed.
· If any ~ection, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of
this ordinance is,for any reason h~ld invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed
a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion thereof.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed an exercise of
tho police power of Collier County for' the protection of the public
health, safety and welfare and therefore shall be liberally construed
to accomplish that purpose and implement the legislative intent and
declaration.
