WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission, after
Due Public Notice and Public Hearing, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County to change the Zoning Class~cat~n-t~ the

SECTION TWO:
Conflict., Severance~ Construction and Penalty:
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with other applicable law., the
more restrictive s~ll apply. If any part of this ordinance conflicts with
any part~ it shall be severed and the remainder shall have full force and
effect and be liberally construed.'
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase'or p6rtion of this
Ordinance is, for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the valid{.ty of
th~ remaining portion thereof.
The provisions of this Ordinance shall, be deemed an exercise of the
police power of Collier County for the protection of'the.public health,
safety, and welfare and therefore shall be liberally conshrged to accomplish
that purpose and implement the legisla, tige intent and decla~ation.
If such a violation is continuing, each 'days violhtion or separate act
shall bm a seperate offense.
EFFECTIVE DAT~: This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the
Secretary of State.
