AN ORDINANCE A NDING ORDINANCE NO. 76- 30
THE COMPREHENSIVE ]ONINfl REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA PLAN-
NING DISTRICT OB COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
OF THE PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM
"RM-i" TO "RM-1A" RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Gary Beyrent, Executive President,~The Glades,
Inc., owners of the property hereinafter described, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to
change the zoning classification of the real property hereinafter
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by 'the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
1. ~ne zoning classification of the hereinbelow des-
cribed real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
"RM-i" Residential Multi-Family to "RM-1A" Residential Multi-
Family and the official zoning atlas described in Ordinance No. 76-30
is hereby amcndcd accordingly:
