AN 9RDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 76- 30
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN SECTION 16, TOWHSHIP ~8
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, FROM "RM-2" TO
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, William T.xJohnstone of Trt-County Engineering,
representing A. L. Dougherty, owner of the property hereinafter
described, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, to change the zoning classification of the real
property hereinafter described:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "RM-2"
Residential Multi-Family to "GRC" General Retail Commercial and
the Official Zoning Atlas described in Ordinance No. 76- 30 is
hereby amended accordingly.
That portion of the Northerly 268.54 feet
of the N~ of the NE~ of Section 16, Town- .~
ship 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County~
Florida, lying East of the Easterly right- ~'~
of-way line of State Road 45 (U. S. 41)
containing 2.52 acres, more or less.
· SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice that
this ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
