Association,Ltd., owners of the property hereinafter described, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the
zoning classification of the real property hereinafter described.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF

Residential Multi-Family and "GRC" General Retail Commercial and, the
official Zoning Atlas described in Ordinance 74-42 and 75-24 is hereby
amended accordingly:

That portion of the North % of the Northeast k of Section 16,
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida,
less the Northerly 268.54 feet thereof, lying Easterly of the
State Road 45 (U.S. 41 By-pass) right-of-way; containing 5.54 acres.

That portion of the Easterly 400 feet of the North ½ of the Northeast
% of Section 16, Township,48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida, lying West of the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road
45 (U.S. 41), containing 0.535 acres, more or less.
