TO A\IE"iD THE Bl:DGET FOR TilE 2010-11 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 12906(2), Florida Statutes. provides that the Board of County Commissioners (heremafter also referred to as "Board") at any
time within a liscal year may amend a budget for that year. and provides the procedures therefore: and
\VIIFREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida. has,recelved copies of budget amendments which provide for but are not
limited to: revenue from grants, donations or contributions. or insurance proceeds for a designated purpose: and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County. Florida, has received copies of budget amendments where reserve for future construction and
improvements arc appropriated for the purposes for which the reserve was made: and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to amend the Budget lor Fiscal Year 2010-11 by resolution pursuant to Section 129.06.

NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOL VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that the budget
amendments to the FY 20 I 0-11 Budget described below are approved and hereby adopted and the FY 20 I 0-11 Budget is so amended.
