COMMERCIAL AND PROVIDIN~ AN EFFECTIVE DATEs
WHEREAS, Thomas H. Maloney, owner of the property
described, Petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, to change the zoning classif~cation of the real
property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE BE iT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORiDAt
SECTION ONE:
1. The following classification of the hereinbelow
property in Collier County, Florida, is change~ from "RM-1A"
Multiple-Family to "GRC" General Retail Commercial and the
Zoning Atlas described in Zoning Ordinance No. 74-42 and 75-24 is
hereby amended accordingly.
Lot 18, Block D, Shadowlawn at Naples Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 3?, Collier County
Records.

This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt o~ notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of the State.
