Maloney, owner of the property described, Petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the zoning classif~cation of the real property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE BE iT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORiDAt SECTION ONE: 1.
