OF THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM "A"

WHEREAS, the Coastal Area Planning Commission petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to
change the Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:

southerly along said waters to an intersection with a iine through

along said line for 390 feet more or less to the point of begin-
ning passing through a concrete monument with a brass cap at 240
feet from thc point of beginning excepting therefrom the westerly
139.9 feet.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
