Ordinance 77-34ORDINANCE NO. 77 -34 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30 COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE~ UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLO~ BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 48-25-8 BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY HEREINAFT~ DESCRIBED FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GC" G~L~ COURSE: A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN SECT~ 27 and 34, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTh, RANGE 25 WHICH IS LOCATED NORTH OF PINE RIDGE SEC~D ESTENSION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Don C.
