of the property hereinafter described, petitioned the Boa~of ~u~
Co~i~:sioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zo~g
fication of the real property horoinaf~r described;
NOW, THE~FORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co~issioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real property
in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "GRC"' General Retail Co~er-
cial and "~-1" Residential Multiple Family to "RS-3" Residential Single
Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-2 described in
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
FROM GRC AND RM-1 TO RS-3:
From the NW corner of Section 9, Township 48 South, Range
25 East, Collier County, Florida at the centerline of
SR-901; thence North 89o41'59" East along the north line
of said Section 9 for 50.0 feet to the east right of way
of said SR-901; thence South lO05'22" East along said
east right of way for 918.73 feet to the point of beginning
of the following described tract; thence continue South
lO05'22'' East along said east right of way for 435.03 feet;
thence north 89°18'20" East along the south line of th~
N½ of the North ½ of said Section 9 for 600.0 feet; thence
North 0°41'40" West for 335 feet; thence South 86039'34''
West for 403.~9 feet; thence North 0o10'22'' West for 120.04
feet;.thence South 88°54'38'' West for 201.04 feet to the
point of beginning.
FROM GRC TO RS-3:
From the NW corner of Section 9, Township 48 South, Range
25 East, Collier County, Florida at the centerline of
SR-901; thence North 89o41'59" East along the north line
of said Section 9 for 50.0 feet to the east right of way
line of said SR-901; thence South 1°05'22" East along said
east right of way for 270.75 feet to the point of beginning
of the following described tract; thence continue South

thence North 88°54'38'' East for 201.04 feet; thence North
0o10'22" West for 645.44 feet; thence South 89o37'13" West~
