WHEREAS, Lloyd Sheehan petitioned the Board of County Co~missioners
of Collier County, Florida, t9 change the Zoning Classification of the
real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE. IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Comm/ssioners
of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow.descri r
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "TTkV" Trave~r'a~r~--'
Recreational Vehicle and the Official Zoning Atlas Map N~er
described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended according~
NW¼ OF THE SW¼ lying South of US 41 and that
portion of the SWR of the NW% lying South of
US 41 in Section 12, Township 51 South, Range
26 East, and the SW% of the SW% lying in Section
12, Township 51 South, Range 26 East in Collier
County, Florida, less the following described
property:
Starting at the NW corner of the property at the
intersection of the South ROW of US 41 and the
West line of Section 12, and proceeding Southerly
along the Section line for approximately 870 feet,
thence Easterly for 330 feet, thence Northerly
for 660 feet, thence Westerly along us 41 southerly
ROW for approximately 390 to the POB, comprising
approximately 5.8 acres.

This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
