Board of County Commissioners
Dear Ms. Filson:
please consider me for the open position on the Collier County
Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board.
I am a 33 year-old Certified Public Accountant who has lived
and worked in Collier County for the past four years. As a
Cuban-American I am very concerned about the representation of
the Hispanic community with our local government.
I beleive that my business and financial background would
contribute to the advisory board's success in making
meaningful recomendations to our county commissioners.
Thank-you for your consideration of me for this position. I
can be reached during business hours at 394-5197.

Please accept my letter of resignation effective immediately.
I am preparing for my teacher certification license and will
not have the time so badly needed to attend to the concerns
and needs of the Hispanic Community in Collier County.
I want to thank the Collier County Board of Commissioners,
specially Commissioner Burt Saunders, the members of the
Hispanic Affaires Advisory Board and Mr. Ramiro Manalich for
their assistance to the Hispanic Board, also for the valuable
