WHEREAS, William R. Jones, o;:ner, petitioned0~J~Boar~-of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Comm-
issioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real prop-
erty is changed from RM-1 Multi-Family to GRC-General Retail Com-
mercial and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-25-1 as described in
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
Lot 36, Naples Grove & Truck Company's Little Farms No. 2,
according to Plat Book 1, at page 27 of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida, excepting the North 11~ fee~
thereof and excepting the Easterly 5 feet and the ~buthe~y-'~
25 feet lying within public road right-of-way less~he
following,
From the NE corner of said Lot 36, run S00O03'56"E~ong~- -~
the east line of said lot for 1510.20 feet; thence~n
S89°53'14"W for 5.0 feet to a concrete monument ma~g
a point of the west line of Shadowlawn Drive and
of Beginning. _
From said point of beginning continue S89u53'14"W ~br 1392.85-~
feet to a concrete monument; thence run S00°03'56"~ parcel
with said east line of said lo~ for.92.07 feet to a concrete
monument marking the intersection with the northeasterly line
(59 feet from the centerl~ne) of the Tamiami Trail according
to deed recorded in Official Record Book 143 at page 527 of
said Public Records; thence run S52°02'16"E along said north-
easterly line for 149.96 feet to a concrete monument marking
the intersection with the arc of a curve to the left of
radius 25 feet; thence run northeasterly and northerly along
the arc of said curve to the left of radius 25 feet (chord
bearing N3B°50'40"E along the northwesterly boundary of the
triangular parcel conveyed to the State of Florida by deed
recorded in Deed Book 107 at page 447 of said Public Records
for 33.96 feet to a concrete monument marking the intersection
with said west line of Shadowlawn Drive; thence run N0°3'56"W
along said west line, parallel with and 5 feet west of said
east line of said Lot 36 for 160.13 feet to the Point of
Beginning. Bearings hereinabove mentioned are calculated
from the baseline of survey of said State Road (90) as
described in said deed recorded in Official Record Book
143 at page 527.
AND
The South 37.3 feet of the North 1150 feet of Lot 36 of
Naples Grove & Turck Company's Little Farms ~2, Plat Book
1, Page 27, Collier County Records, to be known as Lot 23
of Lot 36 of Naples Grove & Truck Company's Little Farms %2.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
