THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the 27th day of April, 2011 by Wells Fargo Bank,
National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC, 2005-FR5 Mortgage
Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-FR5, whose post office address is 7105 Corporate Drive, Piano
TX 75024, herein called the grantor, to Collier County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose post office address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto grantee all that certain land situate in Collier County,
State of Florida, viz.:
Lot 33, Block 188 of GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 5, Pages 124-134, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The property is not now and never has been the homestead of the grantor.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the grantor hereby covenants with grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, that the grantor
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
claiming by, through or under Grantor.
