The presentation on a Summary of Existing Conditions is continued from the 3/17/11 meeting. The presentation includes a summary of Water Budgets, Water Quality Impairments, Native Habitat Evaluation, and Ground Water Storage. The Alternative Analysis includes discussions on recommended projects by Watershed, Low Impact Development Standards, and a TDR and Mitigation program for a portion of North Golden Gate Estates. And the comments and recommendations from the state agencies on suggested more stringent fertilizer ordinance provisions are summarized and a revised model fertilizer ordinance will be discussed.
