RESOLUTION NO. 2011--62....
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF ALL RIGHT, TITLE,
AND INTERESTS IN CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE TURN
LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON DAVIS BOULEVARD (SR-84),
NORTH AND EAST OF MADISON PARK BOULEVARD, TO THE
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT A TION.
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation proposes to construct or
improve State Road 84, Section No. 03001-000, in Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain lands now owned by Collier County, and
described in the attached Exhibit A, be acquired by the State of Florida Department of
Transportation; and
WHEREAS, said property is not needed for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation has made application to
said County to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a deed,
or deeds, in favor of the State of Florida Department of Transportation, conveying all rights, title
and interest that said County has in and to said lands required for transportation purposes, and
said request having been duly considered.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1) The application of the State
of Florida Department of Transportation for a deed, or deeds, to certain lands now owned by
Collier County, and described in the attached Exhibit A is hereby granted; 2) Said lands are
required for transportation purposes which are in the public or community interest and for public
welfare and the land needed for transportation purposes is not needed for County purposes; and
3) A deed, or deeds, in favor of the State of Florida Department of Transportation conveying all
right, title and interest of Collier County in and to said lands should be drawn and executed by
this Board of County Commissioners. Consideration shall be $10.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be
forwarded forthwith to the State of Florida Department of Transportation at Bartow, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 10th
day of May, 2011.

southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 50 South, Range 26 East as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 1, Public Records
of Collier County, Florida.
Being described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of the southeast 1/4 of said
Section 4; thence along the west line of said southeast 1/4,
North 00053'44N West a distance of 102.47 feet to the survey base
line of State Road 84 and the beginning of a curve having a
radius of 2,864.79 feet; thence along said survey base line the
arc of said curve to the left a distance of 1,485.68 feet through
a central angle of 29042'49N with a chord bearing North 58048'11N
East to the end of said curve; thence North 46003'13N West a
distance of 75.00 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Tract
"E2N for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the westerly line of
said Tract "E2N, North 46003'13" West a distance of 12.00 feet to
the beginning of a curve having a radius of 2,777.79 feet; thence
along the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 200.89 feet
through a central angle of 04008'37" with a chord bearing North
41052'28N East to the end of said curve; thence North 52040'15N
East a distance of 51.83 feet to the southerly line of said Tract
"E2N and the beginning of a curve having a radius of 2,789.79
feet; thence along the southerly line of said Tract "E2N the arc
of said curve to the right a distance of 252.28 feet through a

assigns. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
