SECOND AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State
of Florida, (Seller) and STEPHEN L. BLUME, Jr. and MILAGROSJ. BLUME, a married couple, (Purchaser).
Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of April 19,
2010 (the "Agreement''), and Amendment to Sale and Purchase Contract dated July 20, 2010. Purchaser and
Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. Pursuant to the appraisal of the Property, the Purchase Price shall be reduced.
Accordingly, Line 15, Line 20, Line 21, and Lines 115 through 117 of the Agreement shall be amended to reflect
the following:

$115,000.00.
b.
$88,544.00.
c.
$23,000.00.
Line 15 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the Purchase Price shall be

Line 21 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the "Other" amount shall be
d. Line 115 through Line 117 is revised to read: **Buyer will receive $34,500.00 from the
Collier County Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Buyer will use $23,000.00 (20% of the Purchase Price) for
Principal Reduction and the remaining balance of $11 ,500.00 will be used for closing costs, prepaid items and
any discount points associated with the First Mortgage transaction.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in
full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are
applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of the dates
hereinafter stated.
