It is further agreed and understood that in submitting a request for a Firm Commitment
fur mortgage insurance, the Seller(s), the Purchaser(s), and the Broker or Agent involved
in the transaCtion do each certify that the tenDS of the contract for purchase are true to the
best of hiSlher knowledge and belief, and that any other agreement entered into by any of
these parties in connection with this transaction is fully disclosed and is part of, or
attached to the sales agreement.
Amendatory Clause:
It is expressly agreed that notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract, the
Purchaser shall not be obligated to complete the purchase of the property described
herein or to incur any peoa1ty by forfeiture of any earnest money deposits or otherwise
unless the purchaser has been given in accordance with HUDIFHA or VA requirements a
written statement by the Federal Housing Commissioner, Veterans Administration, or a
Direct EndoJSeD1ent lender setting forth the appraised value of the property of not less
than $ ~l1 ~ .00 . The purchaser shall have the privilege and option of
proceeding with consummation of the contract without regard to the amount of the
appraised valuation. }he ~ed valuation is arrived at to determine the maximum

w ~ue nor the condition of the nronertv. The Purchaser should satisfy
