WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners requested the
Zoning Classification of the real property hereinafter described
be reviewed;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "CI"
Commercial Industrial to "RS-3" Residential Single Family and
the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-9 as described i~ Or-
dinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
The westerly 139.9' of part of Section 21, T52S,~
R26E, more particularly described as follows:
From a concrete monument with a brass cap markin
the 1/4 section corner on the north line of said
Section 21 run South 1'°52'49'' east along a 1/4
section line of said Section being the line divi-~
ding Government Lot 3 from Goverment Lots 2 & 5
of said Section 21, 3547.21' to a concrete monument
with a brass cap set near the shore of Caxambas
Pass, marking the location of the former "sunken
terracotta pipe filled with cement", 60' west of the
J. M. Barfieldpresentdock; thence North 1°52'49"
west along said 1/4 section line of 470' to a
concrete monument with a brass cap; thence run
South 88"07'11" west for 523.81' to an inter-
section with a southerly prolongation of the east
line of said parcel, passing through a concrete
monument with a brass cap marking the southeast
corner and the Point of Beginning of the parcel
described.' From said Point of Beginning, continue
North ~"48'46" east for 100' to a concrete monument
with a brass cap 8' more or less north of the center
of a gumbo limbo tree; thence run North 89"56'14"
west for 420' more or less to the waters of the West
Valley Creek; thence run southerly along said waters
to an intersection with a line through the Point
Beginning bearing North 89"56'14" west; thence run
South 89"56'14" east along said line for 390' more
or less to the Point of Beginning passing through a
concrete monument with a brass cap at 240' from the
Point of Beginning.

SECTION TWOs
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been fil,d with the Secretary of State.
