AN ORDINANCE . AMENDING ORDINANCE
78-15 BY PROVIDING THAT A PISTOL
LICENSE IS NOT VALID IN BARS AND
THAT THE APPLICATION FEES FOR A
PISTOL LICENSE BE $75.00 FOR BOTH NEW
AND RENEWAL APPLICATIONS~ AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
county, Florida, that:
SECTION ONE:
Ordinance 78-15 is hereby amended as follows:
1. SECTION SIX: LICENSE VALIDITY.' NON-TRANSFERABLE ls
amended by adding:
3. This license shall not be valid while licensee is guest or
patron at any commercial establishment such as a bar or
saloon where the primary business Is the sale of alcoholic
beverages, and may be revoked for' cause as hereinafter
provided in SECTION TEN - LICENSE REVOCATION, if
licensee Is found in possession of a firearm In such
circumstances.
2.SECTION TEN: LICENSE REVOCATION is amended by
adding to subsection 1.
c. A licensee has been found In violation of SECTION
SIX, subsection 3, of this Ordinance. o

2. Revocation shall be automatic upon convlctlc~;~ of a

3. SECTION ELEVEN: FEES, subsection 1, Is amended
to read as follows:
1. All applications for a license or renewal shall
be accompanied by an administrative fee of
$75.00 for Initial application and for renewal.
SECTION TWO. EFFECTIVE DATE
Thls Ordinance will be effective upon acknowledgment from the
Secretary of State that the Ordinance has been duly filed.
