PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Robert Taylor, represented by Wilson, Miller,
Barton, Soll& Peek, Inc., petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the
herein described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAI}~D by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~

The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture and "A-ST" Agriculture
Special Treatment to "CI" Commercial Industrial and "CI-ST"

hereby amended accordingly~
