THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the 2nd day of November, 2010 by The Bank of New
York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT,
Alternative Loan Trust 2007-0A6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-0A6, whose
post office address is 7105 Corporate Drive, Piano TX 75024, herein called the grantor, to Collier
County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 3301 Tamiami
Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto grantee all that certain land situate in Collier County,
State of Florida, viz.:
Lot 19, Block A, PINE-VIEW VILLAS, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page
49, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The property is not now and never has been the homestead of the grantor.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the grantor hereby covenants with grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, that the grantor
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
claiming by, through or under Grantor.
