THIS CAUSE came on for public hearing before the Board on September 23, 2010, after due notice to
Respondents at which time the Board heard testimony under oath, received evidence, and issued its Findings of Fact
and Conclusions of Law and thereupon issued its oral Order which was reduced to writing on September 24, 20 I 0
and furnished to Respondents and was recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida at OR 4610, PG
2374, e1. seq. on October 1,2010.
An Affidavit of Compliance has been filed with the Board by the Code Enforcement Officiaf on February
8,2011, which Affidavit certified under oath that the required corrective action has been taken as ordered.
Accordingly, it having been brought to the Board's attention that Respondents have complied with the
Order dated September 24, 2010, it is hereby
ORDERED, that the Respondents, Joseph and Maria Ranghelli, pay to Collier County fines in the amount
of$10,800 (Order Item 2 and 4) for the period of October 24,2010 through February 8, 2011 (108 days) at $100 per
day, plus $80.86 for the operational costs incurred for the imposition of fines, plus $742.00 for abatement costs, for
a total of$1 1,622.86.
Any aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the Board to the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days of
the execution of the Order appealed. An appeal shall not be a hearing de novo, but shall be limited to appellate
review of the record created within. Filing an Appeal shall not stay the Board's Order.
This Order may be recorded and shall, pursuant to Section 162.09, Florida Statutes, constitute a lien
against the property as described and/or any other real or personal property owned by Respondents.

ORDERED, that the Respondents, Carlos Brett Macias and Marisol Macias, pay to Collier County fines in
the amount of$7,200 (Order Items I and 2) at a rate of $200/day for the period of February 17,201 I
through March 24, 2011 (36 days), plus the operational costs of $81.1 5, for a total of $7,281. I 5.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the fines and operational costs shall continue to accrue until
Respondents come into compliance or until Judgment is rendered in a suit to foreclose on a lien filed pursuant to
Section 162.09 Florida Statutes.
