WHEREAS, Wafaa Assaad, agent for Barnett Banks Trust
Company, N.A., has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
to change the Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property;
NOW, THERFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE~
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "GRC"
General Retail Commercial to "PUD" Planned Unit Development
and is subject to all conditions hereinafter described, and the

STATEHENT OF COHPLIANCE
The development of 9.65 acres of property In Sections 29 & 32, Township 50
South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, as a Planned Unit
Development w111 comply with the planning and development objectives
of Collier County. These objectives are set forth In the Comprehenslve
Plan, which includes the Growth Policy and Official Land Use Guide,
al! of which were adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on
October I~, 1~7~. The Bruce Humm Planned Unit Development ~ilI meet
the planning and development objectives for the following reasons:
i)
The proposed land use Is compatible with the surrounding
uses. (subJect property was prevlously zoned HG.R.C."
General Retail Commerclal).
2)
The project rates points in excess of the 26 points
necessary to determine it to have existing community
faclllt|es and services for the permitted uses of the
proposed plan and therefore is not leapfrog growth.
The project shall comply with the applicable zoning
and suhdivlslon regulations and all other County and
State laws dealing with the development of the property.
An arterial roadway is in existence along the eastern
boundary of subject property.
The project w111 be served by County approved potable
water~ wastewater treatment and water management systems.

The soil type Is predominantly Immokalee fine sand with some Pompano
fine sand.
The entire parcel, except for small scattered areas of Pine and Palmetto
has been prevlously cleared and Is void of any sensitive vegetation.

A. Depth of Front Yard Setback - Fifteen (15) feet In ~hich
no parking shall be allowed.
B. Depth of Side Yard Setback - None or a minimum of live (5)
feet with unobstructed pass,ge from front to rear yard.
C. Depth of Rear Yard Setback - Twenty-Five (25) feet. No rear
yard requlred for marinas.
Minimum Floor Area of Principal Structure: One Thousand (1,O00)
square feet per building on the ground floor.
Maximum Height: One Hundred (iO0) feet above the finished grade
of the Lot.
In order to comply with the minimum flood elevatlon requirements,
the maximum height of a structure shall be measured from the
minimum base flood elevation required by the Flood Elevatlon
Ordinance.
Minimum Off-Street Parking and Off-Street Loading Requirements:
As required in Section 18 of this Ordinance
Minimum Landscapin~ Requirements: As required In Section 20
of this Ordinance.
Limitation On Signs: As required in Section 20 of this Ordinance.
Merchandise Storage and Dlsplay: Unless speclfically permitted
for a given use, outside storage or display of merchandise is
prohlbited.
Water Supply: Potable water shall be suppl|ed by the extension
bf the existing Collier County Water System, located along U.S.
~1 and Second Street In Trail Acres. The design and construction
of the potable water distribution system shall comply with ail
appllcable 1Dca1 and state requlatlons.
