TIVE DATE , tion, has petitioned the Board of County Commissi.~ners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is changed from RO, Recreation Open Space, to Residential Single Family, and the Zoning Atlas Map ~mber~ MI-10 is hereby amended accordingly: ~ Commence at the centerline intersection of Heights Court and South Barfield Drive, Marco Beach Unit Thirteen as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page No. 96, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along the centerline of Barfield Drive, S 16~-50'-45'' W, a distance of 563.74 feet; thence N 81"-54'-25" W, a distance of 50.59 feet to a point on the westerly Right of Way line of said Bar- field Drive, said point hereinafter re- ferred to as the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 81"-54'-25" W, a dis- tance of 460 feet; thence S 77~-27'-52" W a distance of 176.03 feet; thence S8~-52'-50 a distance of 227.75 feet; thence S29"-27'-22"E a distance of 100 feet; thence S67"-47'35"E, a distance of 277.58 feet; thence S84"-33'-52"E a distance of 283.41 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 411, Marco Beach Unit ~13; thence along the west line of said Lot 1, N 16"-50'-45" E, a distance of 195.23 feet; said point bears S 16"-50'-45" W, from the center of a circle having a 70.0 foot radius; thence westerly along the arc of said curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 70 feet, a central angle of 127"-51'-49", a distance of 111.58 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence northerly along the arc of said curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 25 feet, a central angle of 37"-51'-49", a distance of 16.52 feet to a point of tangency; thence N 16"-50'-45" E, a distance of 97.33 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
