ATLAS MAPS DESCRIBING THE .ZONING DISTRICTS
I~ITHIN THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
THE PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED ON MAP
NO. 46-29-9 FROM "I-SF-2" TO "I-MHTT" WITH
PROVISIONAL USE (4),AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIFE
DATE:
WHEREAS,Robert E. Davenport,owner of the property
hereinafter described,petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County,Florida,to change the zoning classification
of the real property hereinafter described.
~OW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~4ISSIONERS OF ~OLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow
described real property in Collier County,Florida,is changed
from "I-SFL2" with provisional use (4) and the Official
Zoning Atlas No. 46-29~9 described as Exhibit A of Ordinance
No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly.
Starting from a point 450' north of
the SE corner of the.NW~ of the NW~
of the SE~ run West 210',North 185'
East 210',South 185' as recorded
in OR Book 665,Page 236 in Section
32,Township 46 South,Range 29. East.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
