AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,,. WHEREAS, US HOMES, representing Lely Estate,S. "'-I~. ~ , p~titioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zbning Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of the herein described rea_~prop_~e~y is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RM-1GH" Single and Hu~ifam~ Housing and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-26-4 as~escr~k~e~ Group in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly: Beginning at the NW corner of Section 18, Twp 50S, Rge 26E, Collier Couhty, Florida; thence along the north line of said Section 18, N89°55'41"E 696.04 feet more or less to a point on that line which lies 696 feet Easterly of ('as measured at right angles to) the West line of said Section 18; thence along said line which lies 696' Easterly of (as measured at right angles to) the West line of said Section 18, S0o42'28"E 2531.59' more or less to a point on that line which lies 130' Northerly of (as measured at right angles to) the North line of Lely Tropical Estates Unit NO. 2 according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 89, Records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida; thence along said line which lies 130 feet Northerly of {as measured at right angles to) the North line of said Lely Tropical Estates Unit No. 2, N89°49'35" W 696.08 feet more or less to the West line of said Section 18, thence along the West line of said Section 18 and along the East line of Lakewo6d Unit No. 2 according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 22, Records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, N0°42'28"W 1885.19 feet to the NE corner of Undivided Block "A" of said plat of Lakewood Unit No. 2; thence continuing along the West line of said Section 18 and along the East line of I,akewood Unit No. 1 according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages2~,8, & 9, Records of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, N0o42'28"W 643.41 feet to the Place of Beginning being a part of the NW% of Section 18, TSOS, R26E Collier County, Florida; subject to easements and restrictions of record containing 40.42 arces more or less. 009 gO SECTION ~;0: This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
